1. Idlis : 4 Nos
2. Milk : 250 ml
3. Sugar : 3 Teaspoons
4. Butter (Unsalted) ; 100 gms
5. Cardamom Powder : 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Cashew Nuts and Pistachios ; Finely Sliced (One tablespoons each)
7. Fresh Cream : 50 ml
Boil the entire Milk and Sugar to boil. Add the smashed Idlis.
(Smash the idlis to a lumpy consistency).
Stir till all milk is absorbed by the Idlis.
Add the unsalted Butter and stir till slight moisture is left (Stove at Medium Falme).
Add the dry fruit bits/Slices and mix well.
Add Butter as per your taste if needed.
Switch off stove.
Serve in a dark coffee coloured Quarter Plate after chilling for 15 minutes.
You may add few drops of Saffron Colour to give an Indian tinge
You can add Butterscotch bits to give a intercontinental twist.
