Supportive Care to Fight Covid-19 Infection
- Adopt Covid appropriate behavior
- Always bear three-layer mask.
- Social distancing.
- Don’t go out side from the home if not necessary.
- Wash your hands with soap and sanitize hands frequently
- Steam inhalation with Tulsi leaf 5 times a day.
- Maintain Cross ventilation in home.
- Take high protein diet
- Use plenty of Lemon water
- Take Chawanprash with Cow milk.
- Golden milk two times a day
- Lukewarm water 3 to 4 liters per day.

- Sessional fruits.
- Vitamin b complex.
- Mulethi Churna.
- Apply Til tailam and saindhav namak over chest.
- Gregale with lukewarm water and salt.
- Avoid cold things.
- Liver toinic to maintaion proper metabolism.
- Maintain hygene at living area.
- Anu tail nashya
- Use prone position during sleeping at least 1 hr.
- Take light diet during this period.
- Don't take urad in excess.
- Use kali mirch (Piper nigram) with green tea.
