Supportive Care to Fight Covid-19 Infection

  1. Adopt Covid appropriate behavior
  2. Always bear three-layer mask.
  3. Social distancing.
  4. Don’t go out side from the home if not necessary.
  5. Wash your hands with soap and sanitize hands frequently
  6. Steam inhalation with Tulsi leaf 5 times a day.
  7. Maintain Cross ventilation in home.
  8. Take high protein diet
  9. Use plenty of Lemon water
  10. Take Chawanprash with Cow milk.
  11. Golden milk two times a day
  12. Lukewarm water 3 to 4 liters per day.
  13. Use Zink, Calcium and Multivitamin.
  14. Kapoor and Guggulu dhoopan once a day.
  15. Ashwagandha Churana
  16. Giloya (tinospora cordifolia)
  17. Anu Tailam nashya
  18. Tulasi swarash
  19. Breathing exercise
  20. Don’t take cold water
  21. Agnidipan
  22. Take vaccination as per the guidelines issued by Government of India.
  23. Take extra care for diabetic, pregnant, hypertensive, renal disease, heart patients.
  24. Swarnsutshekhar Rasha.
  25. Meditation.
  26. Use green tea instead of tea.
  27. Amalaki Churna.
  28. Sessional fruits.
  29. Vitamin b complex.
  30. Mulethi Churna.
  31. Apply Til tailam and saindhav namak over chest.
  32. Gregale with lukewarm water and salt.
  33. Avoid cold things.
  34. Liver toinic to maintaion proper metabolism.
  35. Maintain hygene at living area.
  36. Anu tail nashya
  37. Use prone position during sleeping at least 1 hr.
  38. Take light diet during this period.
  39. Don't take urad in excess.
  40. Use kali mirch (Piper nigram) with green tea.
