Life and Chances

In retrospect, if I analyze my life without bias, I could understand how many stages I have erred, how many times I was stupid, and how many wrong things I have done. This analysis or inference or realization is not going to help either me or for that matter those who do that at the evening or fag end of their lives.

But after all, our minds are biased. Our actions, many times, were/are based on emotions rather than intelligence. Being practical is one thing, and being stupid or aggressive is another thing. These actions are in no way helpful to many people, but even those for whom they click are fortunate ones.

An intelligent one suffering and a stupid one gloating in name and fame are purely accidental or predetermined by luck or fate. The result only counts and not the means or ways. A wise man either takes the right path or is made to take that by destiny; the reverse holds good for the unfortunate.

The life of any person is full of chances and tests. If someone comes out with flying colors in this test, they enjoy the benefits and even preach the others. Those who failed can also advise not to be like him or her. Preaching to others is always easy, you see.

I had my good times as well as bad times, with more bad times testing my patience, intelligence, and acts. Some I crossed successfully, and some I couldn’t.

The biggest thing one should learn in life is how to be happy and satisfied. It is difficult. None will be satisfied, and somewhere in the mind, the things that they couldn’t achieve keep disturbing. If someone could overcome even that, they are definitely intelligent, and their lives are worth living.
