Immigrant,
Immigrant,
The word,
Strikes me,
Strikes me
To feel,
Who,
Who
But
An immigrant,
Leaving
His home,
Moving
To another
Destination
As for
Taking it
To be
His home,
Future
Settlement,
A migrant
He may be
Welcome, unwelcome,
The visa extended
Or not,
Asking to return
Or maybe
He will
Be deported,
The native
To return
As a deportee?
Had he thought it about that he would end up as an immigrant to whom the visa would not be extended any more, he would not have sailed for definitely, he would not have thought of leaving for. Had he been that then he would be deported, he would not have gone with sweeter dreams as for to be forced to return back, to cut his journey short afar. He would not have thought about his ultimate deportation. The same immigrant we speak it about and the images of living in a different space and its problems dance before the eyes together with the quest for identity making inroads as for an answer from.
Law, rules and regulations may tell of the imposing of a hefty fine and a jail term extending to some years, but the jurisprudence in askance raises its eyebrows as for such a legislation and policymaking at the cost of humanity and humanism. Deport them, but jail you not, conscience says it.
It has both the pros and the cons. In the past people used to go for a purpose or in reference to. Now the scenario has changed. Many are in the lines, rows and queues as for settling plans. To get naturalized in course of time is a different thing, but many work as brokers for taking them to foreign and many after moving want to tamper with the law of the land with their mind and mentality, but how can it be?
How is the movement near the borders? It also needs to be taken note of! It is also a fact that movement near the borders results into an influx of intruders, trespassers to be designated as immigrants. How the border men on duty guard from unlawful illegal entry? The caravans of people with their movement and activity disrupt things in an unnatural way. What to say about citizenship, birthrights, nativity, home, displacement, diaspora, holding green cards and so on? But the plans get watered when the military aircraft board them to be deported to their countries. Actually, people go to other nations for better prospects and avenues. But the things take a drastic turn or get worse when the laws get tougher for the immigrants. It is also difficult to say who goes where and with what mentality? To read the mind is not so easy, to read intentions as so many things are there to be taken into consideration.
