Self-Talk for Fitness and Health

I feel great! My mind is sharp and clear. I am physically fit and healthy. My energy level is high. My attitude is excellent. And I am organized and in control.

I am aware of my own physical body and its importance to my total well-being. I always do what I need to do to keep my self in excellent shape and condition.

I eat and drink only those things which are beneficial to my physical and mental health and well-being. I never eat or drink more than I should, or do anything that is harmful to me in any way.

I exercise each day...and I enjoy it! I look forward to the feeof exhilaration and well-being which exercise gives me.

I listen to the voice within me, which always tells me the truth about my own physical fitness and condition. I never ignore its warnings, and I always heed its advice.

Each moring I make sure that I wake up completely rested, fully refreshed, and in great spirits!
