How you start your day is crucial. How you start your day is how you live your life. The first hour of morning is crucial, says Louis Hay. How you spend it will determine your experience for the rest of the day.

Keep telling yourself - This is going to be a really good day where I am going to complete all the tasks that I have planned for the day. Thank the bed for a good night's sleep.
 
Having a good breakfast is important for your health.If there is an important meeting, send positive affirmations. If there is an interview, tell yourself - 'This is going to be a wonderful interview'. If you practise this every day, you will always have a good day in your life.
 
Try to develop good habits and practices.
 
Think of good things to say to yourself, the first thing in the morning, in the shower, while brushing, shaving. These small moments will make up your day. The idea is to feel good every morning.
