Are you worried that your child is stressed out due to the examinations? Are you concerned about the long study hours? How do you ensure that your child continues to eat healthy even during examinations?  During examinations, the children today face so many anxiety issues that they are unable to eat well, their digestive patterns are disturbed and they do not sleep well at night. This affects their performance in the examinations.
So, here is a simple drink that is nutritious, natural and healthy and has vitamins and minerals loaded in it. It takes just 5-7 minutes to prepare it!
Ingredients
6 spoons sugar
4 Ripe bananas (safed elaichi)
Cardamom powder
Milk (preferably skimmed or a low fat milk)
Method
Boil the milk well. Switch off the gas. Add the ripe bananas that have been circularly diced. Add sugar. Stir well. Sprinkle cardamom powder. Reboil it for a few seconds and continue stirring it until the milk comes to the boiling range. Switch off the gas. Serve this drink in a glass.
How is this drink beneficial?
Bananas contain Vitamin C, milk is full of proteins and sugar is  a carbohydrate that gives energy. Having this drink at least once in a day will surely help your child. It is better to give this before the child goes to sleep. You will find him fresh and full of energy ready to take on the mantle of writing the exams.

Comment Why not gur, honey or stevia instead of sugar, which is "empty calories" devoid of the minerals needed to metabolize glucose, like calcium and iron? If the body doesn't find those minerals in the food it will go look for them wherever they might be, like in the bones, and take them away, weakening the bones in the process and making them prone to fractures.
