Babul Suprio, BJP, communists and Bengal politics

I am surprised and happy that Mr Babul Suprio, a popular Bollywood singer has turned out to be a mature politician. He knows the difference of being party person and a minister. Though his E=mcxc is far fetched, I give him credit for not refusing jhaal-murhi from Ms Mamata Banerjee. This shows his maturity and I understand why Mr Modi could recognise Mr Babul Suprio's talent. Sadly, BJP does not have too many mature politicians barring top brasses of the party. Unfortunately, our elites have been parrotted wrongly by secularists of this country to whom secularism is religioulessness and not equal respect for all religions of the world. I would recommend a particular book to everybody to understand Hinduism in right perspective, viz., Debdutt Pattanayak's Myth=Mithya. All secularists will shed their religiousness and develop a healthy attitude towards all religions if they read this book. It will be not out of context to speak about CPM's unsavoury remarks as appeared in the press when a new Governor was appointed for Tripura just a few days back. Tathagata Ray to my mind is one of the healthiest politician of Bengal today. Unfortunately Bengal for a very long time is suffering because of politicians of most parties who have jingoistic attitude and a very skew approach to everything therby polluting the miknds of the Bengali people.
