I am engaged as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English, Rishi Bankim Chandra College for women, Naihati. Naihati is two hours drive from the city of Kolkata. My doctoral thesis is on Indian writing in English (Poetry). I publish my articles frequently in national / International books and Journals. My areas of interest include: gender, Linguistics, Translation , south asian studies, myths & legends, eco-criticism, translation. I also visit as Guest Faculty, West Bengal State University and Alia University Kolkata.
