Dr. D. Jeevan Kumar is Professor of Political Science and Director, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Study & Research Centre, Bangalore University. He specialises in the areas of Development Administration and International Organisation and has more than 20 years� of teaching experience. He has edited two books and published several articles in research journals.
