Leonard Dabydeen is a Guyanese-born Canadian citizen. Formerly a school teacher, Headmaster, and Lecturer at the Guyana Teachers' Training College; graduate of the University of Guyana. At present he is a Licensed Paralegal of the Law Society of Ontario (Retired), and a Commissioner of Oaths and Affidavits (Ontario). Author of two books of poems, viz: Watching You, A Collection of Tetractys Poems (2012); Searching for You, A Collection of Tetractys and Fibonacci Poems (2015). A prolific contributor to online literary media, including an e-book on www.poenhunter.com; Muse-Pie Press (Shot Glass e-journal and The Fib Review); Muse India e-journal; Life Member and Literary Critic of MetVerse Muse (India) Literary Journal; contributor to the Triveni Journal; The Society of Classical Poets (USA); Boston Literary Magazine, and (my blog) Poems Jogging in the Mind.com. Also a contributing writer to the Gandhi Peace Festival News Magazine, sponsored by the Faculty of Humanities, McMaster University (www.humanities.mcmaster.ca/gandhi). Living in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
