Dr. Sailusha Vadapalli (MBBS) is a graduate from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Govt. Medical college Pune, currently preparing for her Post graduation. She has a consistent record of shining academic milestones, having to her credit, distinctions in every year of the curriculum.

Throughout her curriculum in MBBS she was involved in various academic activities, participating in medical conferences, debates, clinical presentations and quizzes, winning multiple prizes. She was on the organising committee of multiple academic events and was a member of the Council of Academics for the year 2015-2016.

Sailusha takes a keen interest in writing about major and minor issues faced by the doctors-to-be. She was been drafting regular articles about issues like “violence against doctors”, “poor work environments in teaching hospitals”, “doctor patient relationships” and many others. Her works got regularly published on social media, the local press and her college’s journals and magazines.

Dr. Sailusha Vadapalli is currently on the writing team for a website called “Happy Aging”, a website targeted at providing basic health care information to the Indian elderly and their care takers about common ailments in old age.

Sailusha is a trained classical vocalist, committed to the art from five years of age. She has been trained under eminent gurus like late Vidushi Veena Sahasrabuddhe. She currently continues to be under the tutelage of Smt. Aparna Gurav of Pune. She is an artiste recognised by the All India Radio. Her commitment to Classical music has been recognised by the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, which offers her a scholarship for the same. She continues to perform regularly for audiences in Pune and Mumbai.
