Namaste.. This is Ramani Rao from the magnificent Dev bhoomi , India.. The land of temples and Vedas which invariably gets into your life stream and thoughts and the way you look at life... I live in the city of pearls Hyderabad...and have published two books in English language so far.. . My Guru (the spiritual journey) and Mriganayani (the passionate queen) which are available on Amazon. The positive reviews and feedback I got for my first book encouraged me to write the second book.
I'm active on Facebook and contribute lot of writing on subjects of Emotional Wellness and spiritualism. During covid I lost few of my very close persons which made me look at life in a different perspective. The transformation to spiritualism would be through pain I had never imagined.. I read the Bhagavad Gita in depth during the lock down confined to my space at home. From my younger days I was interested in poetry and shaayari and wrote many poems in Hindi language, hence it felt an extension of my sentiments and emotions. My mother tongue is Telugu, another beautiful language and the Telugu culture is an added jewel, an enrichment for the budding writer that I have discovered myself to be. I have been educated in Kendriya Vidyalaya schools in different states of India. Growing up amongst various cultures and people it has given me first hand experience and knowledge and I recognise all kinds of sub-languages and cultures of India which I am able to describe with an easy flair in my writings. I have travelled to the USA several times on several domestic occasions and feel the horizons of experience have extended considerably.
