Message in a Bottle
by Maria K Kaeble Bookmark and Share
Like a message in a bottle,
My words go bobbing far and wide,
Since posting all my inspiration,
In a fit of foolish pride.
They float upon a sea of verbage,
A lonely voyage far from me,
Caught by the nets of query searchers,
Hauled up for passing scrutiny.

Who knows what minds will scan my efforts,
Will they perceive from words I write,
That I have something worth reviewing,
Or will they zap me out of sight?
Still my message will float onwards,
Whilst navigating hyperspace,
Connecting clicking, surfing mortals,
What a way to interface!
