Nepal In Flames

A ‘CIA Script,’ Not A ‘Gen Z’ Uprising

Why does history keep repeating, yet we pretend each time it is new?
Why does every South Asian firestorm look identical — different flags, same choreography?
Why does the media scream “youth anger,” but never whisper “Langley’s script”?
And why are we so naïve that we mistake imported chaos for indigenous revolution?

The Pattern Nobody Wants to See

Sri Lanka, 2022. President’s house burned. Rajapaksa fled.

Bangladesh, 2024. Ganabhaban (official residence of the PM of Bangladesh) looted. Hasina fled.

Nepal, 2025. Singha Durbar (palace) torched. KP Oli fled.

Three countries. Three collapses. One director.

Different actors. Same movie.

To call these “spontaneous uprisings” is to ignore the smoking gun — funds disguised as climate aid, democracy programs, education initiatives. Washington calls it philanthropy. I call it regime change budgets.

Nepal: A Decade in the Making

Since 2015, Langley had its eyes on Kathmandu. Not just as another neighbor of India, but as the “Ukraine of the Himalayas.”

How did they prepare the stage? With money — $659 million in “grants.”

  • $500M MCC (Millennium Challenge Corporation) Compact: “roads and transmission lines.” Translation: influence pipelines.
  • USAID: $18.5M.
  • Hariyo Ban (WWF): $30M.
  • Paani Program: $24.9M.
  • “Countering authoritarian influence”: $79k.
  • Political parties: $500k.
  • Dalit advocacy: $25k.

Every dollar tagged with noble causes. Every cent a seed of chaos.

Nepal 2025 : Scripted Chaos - From US Grants to Burning Streets

2015–2020: Stage Set

• CIA & NGOs plant assets in Nepal.
• $659M in US aid disguised as climate & democracy funds.
• Barbara Peace Foundation, USAID, Soros-linked NGOs expand footprint.

2021–2023: Networks Built

• Youth leaders nurtured via grants, training, exposure trips.
• Media partnerships amplify anti-India narratives.
• Local activists tied to WEF, Ford Foundation, NED.

2024: The Trigger Year

• Donald Lu visits Nepal, meets leaders & mobilizers.
• Civic engagement funds: $35k.
• Countering authoritarian influence: $79k.
• Political parties funded: $500k.

Early 2025: The Fuse

• Balen Shah gains global spotlight, NYT coverage.
• Social media platforms used to coordinate underground networks.
• Assets like Sudan Gurung, Tanuja Pandey active on Discord/Signal.

Sept 4, 2025: Oli’s Misstep

• Govt bans social media.
• Silence expected, but discontent weaponized.
• Crowds primed for action.

Sept 8, 2025: Streets Ignite

• Sudan Gurung calls followers.
• Secret channels buzz.
• Singha Durbar torched, Oli undone.

Aftermath

• Nepal painted as “youth uprising.”
• Western headlines blame corruption, not foreign hand.
• CIA playbook executed line by line.

Every collapse is a template.
Sri Lanka → Bangladesh → Nepal. Who’s next?

The Actors in the Play

  • Sudan Gurung:
DJ-turned-mobilizer, founder of Hami Nepal. His Discord pings lit the fire.

  •  Tanuja Pandey:
Climate activist, with WEF links. Frontline of the “green” narrative.

  • Balen Shah:
Rapper turned mayor, turned darling of Western media. A NYT-featured critic of India, meeting US embassy reps before protests.

And in the wings: the Barbara Peace Foundation, with ties to Soros, Ford Foundation, and Scandinavian NGOs. Kathmandu’s chaos had sponsors.

The Trigger

4th September, 2025: KP Oli bans social media. He thinks silence will suppress dissent. Instead, he lights the match.

8th September, 2025: Gurung’s channels buzz. Crowds pour into Kathmandu. By evening, flames engulf Parliament. By night, Oli is undone.

The protests were not rage. They were rehearsals. And when the curtain rose, the actors delivered.

The Recycled Script

This is CIA 101:

  • Plant assets over a decade.
  • Fund NGOs as cover.
  • Nurture “youth leaders.”
  • Push identity fissures.
  • Wait for a spark.
  • Brand it “democracy.”

From Sri Lanka to Bangladesh to Nepal, the same blueprint is Xeroxed. And the question hanging in the air — will Bharat be next?

The Answer Lies in the Soil

India is not Nepal. Or Bangladesh. Or Sri Lanka. The soil here remembers. The roots run deeper than dollars. You cannot erase a civilization with NGO grants. Not yet.

But complacency is a drug. If we do not awaken, if we laugh this away as “conspiracy,” the script will wait for its chance.

The Final Questions

  • How many times will South Asia burn before we call it engineered?
  • How long will we keep mistaking paid protests for people’s uprisings?
  • How many grants must flow before we see the fingerprints behind them?
  • And when the fire is lit at our door, will we still call it “Gen Z rage”… or will we finally recognize the director behind the curtain?
