Besides the Darjeeling tea I mentioned in my District post, this tea is also nice.
My hubby has it daily. I have it occasionally when I'm feeling a bit chilly and need some warmth. This Masala Chai has all the warming ingredients of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and anise mixed with black tea of Assam, the Indian state where my husband was born. The packaging of the 40 tea bags could have been better.
I don't like the colour of the packet. The red and yellow are too garish for me.
I wish it was a dark shade of beige, brown or maroon.
But the tea tastes good. You can have it with milk and sugar/honey or you can have it as a liquor with just hot water and no add-ons like I do. So here it is for you to buy and try :)
