Dr. K. G. B. Santhosh Kumari is a distinguished Professor of English, international ESL trainer, researcher, and academic leader with over 23 years of experience in higher education and teacher training. She is the Founder and CEO of ShanMukh Linguaskill Solutions – Training and Language Consultancy, an initiative dedicated to empowering learners, educators, and institutions through strategic language training, IELTS preparation, and professional development programs aligned with global standards.
She holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from Andhra University and possesses multiple advanced qualifications, including M.Phil., PGCTE, PGDTE, a PG Diploma in Linguistics, and an international PG Diploma in TEFL/TESOL. As a British Council Certified IELTS Master Trainer and Google Certified Educator, she integrates AI-driven pedagogy, communicative methodologies, and CEFR-aligned frameworks into her teaching practice.
Dr. Santhosh Kumari has trained more than 1,600 English teachers across 14 districts in Uzbekistan under the Ministry of Education, contributing significantly to capacity building and academic transformation. Her contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the Best ESL Trainer Award from the Governor of Surkhandarya Region.
An accomplished author and academic writer, she has published books on colonial literature, phonetics, and language laboratory pedagogy, in addition to research papers in reputed journals.
