Past's Present...Lost?

“Roses are red
And jasmines are white
Love keeps us tight”

Thus we wrote
In our school scrap books
But time’s flight
Has shown its might

Today, in our 'life’s trap books'
There are roses and jasmines
But...not so red and not so white.
