Greeting Card

I have sent you a greeting card With my endless love scarred, I have sent it via speed post So that it reaches you on time; Loving you isn’t any crime. What else can I do living so far? I’ll wait till you come, no wonder, Till then I will be staying all alone, You can feel me through the greeting Aren’t we dying for our next meeting? I have written a six lines rhyme for you, I have sketched some flowers too, Fragrance of ardor they will bring; With the ink of my love I wrote Whatever I want in a short note! Essence of my touch it holds, Love will emerge as it unfolds, Your name on the envelope Many a times I have kissed, Your joy is all I have wished!
