Being Adamant is No Good

If one is adamant,
for sure, (s)he will be wretched,
one day.

Life's processes are complicated,
and human psychology, more so.
So, being adamant
is actually not to admit reason.

It is therefore better to buy time,
allow stock value to rise again (!)
than panic.

Let one be not adamant.
It is better to bat the eyelids,
cut a joke if one can,
changing the course of a little stream
is still better.

Let one not be adamant.
Lest (s)he be wretched,
some day.
