Theme: Sacrifice

Death Has An End Too

If you are not kind,
Why should I mourn and be unkind?
Sans your mercy
I cannot be less worthy,
Cannot be less potent to defy
Thee straightaway truly
In the twilight of my life
Giving away my billion beats [1]
And the Wind mill, [2]
The three pound meaty health center [3]
And two fibrous beans [4] and my eye beads. [5]
My life story may end with ‘to be continued’,
To continue with another’s legendary life
Like phoenix
With purple red hue
An immortal royal verve
For a new lease of life.

Death! You should remember,
Death has an end too, be sure.
