Comment Evening tea,
Not morning tea
With the full and distinguishing aroma
of Darjeeling tea or Assam tea
And that too from the hands
Of the smiling and beautiful love
Makes it more memorable.

A cup of tea,
Not a cup of coffee
With the golden brown curls
Hanging over
The face of Bobby
And none but she offering to
In all smiles.

Comment It is just a yorker to uproot the stumps!! You add more meaning to the poem by cross refering to well known works of the noted poets - Katherine Mansfield, Pope and Wordsworth. Thank you, Bijay babu.

Comment It is but A Cup of Tea by Katherine Mansfield or be it it The Rape of The Lock by Alexander Pope. The poet smiled when taking a cup of tea from her sweet hands or the tousled hair made him dream ashore. A Wordsworth by the sea watching the sea waves retreating. Smiles strike as such and the batsman gets bowled.
