The Pressure Cooker

I cook chicken legs
In coconut sauce
Adding turmeric and
Greens, I come across.

In just 25 minutes,
The mouth-watering curry
Is more or less ready,
Without haste or hurry.

I crush the bone
With relative ease,
A pressure cooker's
Steamy release.

The unceasing
Coo and whistle,
Adds tenderness
To bone and gristle.
