So what, If I wished?

So what, if my eyes wanted to see with your eyes?
I need not,
Let me open my eyes again,
Allow me Lord, to see the world afresh.

So what, if my hands wanted yours, to be firm?
I need not,
Let me open my hands full,
Allow me Lord, to shape my life beautiful.

So what, if I wished to breathe only after you do?
I no more now,
Let me breathe in the fresh air,
Allow me Lord, to fly high in sky like a feather fair.

So what, if my thoughts were always occupied with you?
They no more are,
Let me think about things not thought.
Allow me Lord, to abound with love for all.

So what, if I did everything for you?
I no more do,
Let me do things my way,
Allow me Lord, to make little difference till my stay.

So what, if I wished to go far with you?
I no more now,
Let me forget it as a lesson learnt,
Allow me Lord, to set free before I’m burnt.

So what, if I loved you?
I no more now,
Let me remove your given every pain,
Allow me Lord, to fall in love again.
