A summer is over, not that it was anything to
be lyrical about, yet was season of love, hope,
green leaves on trees and flowering flowers in
the endless cycle of life and decline. There is
beauty in decay whether it's a fading rose or
an ageing face, to be earth again and live forever...

Or to the roof collapse, the world implodes and
God vainly tries to commit suicide, after rashly
promising all life, eternity, but ends up being
a hazy blue frozen face in the outer galaxy.

An echo of a metallic voice, forever repeats:
“Believe in me.” “Oh heck, why did I say that?”
