Sing Me….

Sing me a song my Love,
For am as dry as a bone,
For all I care and have,
Or I will never be whole.

Sing me a serenade,
That will dry my welling eyes,
That will soothe the pain and heal the ache,
I have waited so long, but all I have are whys’.

Sing me a song,
That’ll shine a light into my dark world,
That will erase all the wrong,
I have run a mile, all to escape the wild.

Sing me a dirge,
For the Elm and Oak have fallen,
For now I must have a purge,
Or forever remain the alien!

Sing my Love. Sing.
