The eye of the sky is a human thing,
its raindrops the size of human tears.

The mouth of the sky is a human thing,
its sounds uttered for human ears.

The ear of the sky is a human thing,
its hearing a solace for human fears.

And the sky is harbour to every tree,
its space is filled with spirited clouds.

And the sky holds the blue of every sea,
and all the mountains its shadow shrouds!

And all the earth lifts its head to the sky -
each little flower shows its preference!

And when God became man His human eyes
in the sky found Heaven's circumference!
