You Overwhelm My Soul

  You overwhelm my soul
Like the silhouette of the full moon night,
Like the humid fragrance of the rainy day,
Like the aura of the glowing sunlight,
Like the route of my destiny’s highway.

You overwhelm my soul
Like the cool zephyr of the sea shore,
Like the snowflakes of the frosty hillocks,
Like the torrent of the sudden downpour,
Like the rain dance of the peacocks.

You overwhelm my soul
Like an oasis in the barren desert,
Like a sunrise on the lush green vale,
Like a worn out soul’s comfort,
Like the guiding star of my trail!

Comment Rupradha, ... and in turn, you overwhelm the readers by your flood of images and metaphors! You are good at creating a great ambience, dear friend.
