Institute Building

  Do we ever think
why institutions disintegrate?
Institutions sometimes get sunk
by their shear weight
Sometimes institutes get torn apart
because of unbearable centrifugal forces
generated within its sprawling establishment.

Institutes sometimes collapse
because various weak establishment forces
cannot come to terms
with the natural centripetal forces.

Any institution needs nurturing,
love, commitment,
change of course, now and then,
accomodative adjustments.

Any builder of institution!
You need a lot of instruments in your kitty.
Quality instruments.
To be used appropriately.
In time.

Many have done it.
Others may too,
if they choose.
