Fragrance of Love

It is all about the way
you looked into my eyes,
it is all about the way
a line of smile on your lips shined

It is all about the way
you ruffled your silky curls back,
it is all about the way
a distant cloud sailed in your sky

The still waters in my rugged mountain lake
soon started as rivers to flow,
along with myriad lovely flowers
the spring breeze in my life started to blow

You made my golden sun rise
bringing an end to my dark nights,
you made my dreams take wings
and my heart wildly dance and sing

When I stretched my hands to you,
flower of love you placed on it,
its fragrance spread a spell of magic
all around me from here to infinity

(With inspiration from Professor Debalina Choudhury's First Step)

Comment Thank you, Rupradha for your good words for my composition. You are like a morning sun to my lotus.
