Theme: Terrorism

Return of the Monster

Monster feeds on human flesh
thirst for human blood insatiable
imperceptible normally
cleverly chooses shelter, despicable designer!

Seamless trajectory, shameless cohorts
operate silently, options unlimited
time and place vexingly vary.
In a globalised economy, an anathema
sleeps not sans snapping human ties
debilitating devil on prowl!

Hyderabad, a city of pearls, smiles, jasmines
turns terrible, blood smeared evening…
Blasts once more, near saintly SAI’s temple
lambs targets, wolves vanish!

How long to bear, no one to tame?
How far caution, when peace returns?
Loss of life alters not with faith,
sufferers all certainly kinsmen!
The day is not  far off  to chop off
hideous head of the monster!

Comment A very deeply felt reaction but full of optimism to face it and will to change the situation. Yes we will make our nation strong by curbing these dastardly acts and mindless behaviours.
