Though politicians keep playing the usual game,
Government’s trying to act beyond just blame...!
Molestations and gang rapes still continue,
Though arrests are seldom and just a few...
Reportage and awareness - now more.
Every incident sees an outrage outpour.
To tackle the menace, we’ve to think anew...
Strong signals need to be sent out;
With actions swift leaving no doubt
That perpetrators will be caught and punished;
And they will be permanently banished
From any right to move freely about...!
To keep the Nirbhaya spirit alive,
Law enforcers and people must strive,
To be alert and ever-vigilant

Bids to molest or rape girls, kids naive...
