Every night before I go to bed for rest
After tiresome work of the day.
I do a little prayer to God and
I forgive all those unworthy or reckless
Who have offended me with
Something wrong and harmful.
By tongue, hands, actions
Or in other ways, some rigidity to tell.
I also beg to forgive myself,
To whom I have made mistakes
Unknowingly or willingly
To hurt others and compel.
So it may clear the account,
Of Karmas and I may get rid of,
The circles of birth, death
And rebirth, again and again.
In this distressing world - well.
Because Forgiveness is the only
Remedy of this suffering to avail. |
