Forever

You are rolling down my cheeks

In the form of relentless tears,

Freedom is all my heart seeks

Conquering all sorts of fears.

Ever since you have left me

I am in excruciating pain,

No sunshine is there for me

All that is left is rain.

Life is playing a tricky game,

Joy is now gone with the wind,

Every breath of me takes your name,

But God knows I have never sinned.

No matter what comes, life goes on,

Time is now not in my favor,

But your memories can never be gone,

And my love for you bleeds forever!
