  I don't write like I should
Follow the norm, rules, rhyme
Express knowledge, experience
Like Van Gogh
Art that catches the eye
Color splashed across canvas
Makes one go "ah"
People of his day scoffed at his theme
Thought It not worth buying
Man followed the rules of his day
Contemporary sold faster that way
He didn't paint for money or glory
He did it according to passion
Wild thoughts and color flooding his mind
Thoughts came fast
Driven by madness
Valor produced such things
It wasn't that he didn't know what he was doing
He knew
Continued to follow his feelings
I don't like following rules
I don't write like I should.
