Cat on the Wall

A cat was perched on a high wall,
Seriously contemplating nature’s call.
She sat wondering,
Is still considering...
The side she should let it all fall...

(Sorry, if this seems like toilet humour – was in a wicked mood this morning. If anyone finds it offensive, will delete it. Just posted for fun)

Comment Haha! Padmaja-ji, the "side" also refers to political orientation, right? This is wickedly funny! Keep writing!!

Comment Truth is that which purifies. When patriotism is absent, politicians become dangerous. Remember the Father of the Nation--that is the only panacea

Comment Thanks for the "serious" analysis Seshuji. To be perfectly honest, I had the Indian politician in my mind when I wrote it. Something I read in the newspaper annoyed me.

Comment It is not at all funny. It is a very serous issue for them strategically 'n tactically. Such action by the animals has great significance in demarcating boundaries for the rivals --as per studies by animal psychologists. :)
