Some Fitness Mantras :-)

  Eat right and light.
Sleep well at night.
Walk for five hours a week
And keep health at its peak.
 
All that easily said than done;
Battling the bulge is no fun.
Of going daily to the gym,
Prospects seem quite dim.
 
It is best not to obsess
About any weight excess,
Because the more we try
In our face the efforts fly.
 
Control cravings,
Some calorie savings
And some major cringing
At the thought of binging...
 
All these go a long way
In keeping calories at bay.
Moderation is the real key
For a healthy mind & body.
 
So, accept body for what it is;
Work on it with a gentle ease!
 
And yes,
 
Eat right and light.
Sleep well at night.
Walk for five hours a week
And keep health at its peak.
