  The cultural glass
Of a vibrant seat of learning
Broken against ages’ walls
Of crowded indifferent populace
Scattered in fragments, in shameful shambles…

Pieces of heritage's riches
Torn into by their narrow-mindedness
Ego clashes rooted in their so-called elite clans
Flung into inferno of agelong oblivion and stupor…

Those who can take pride
In glorification of their native land
Through the cordial acts and contributions
Are mere mute refugees in deluge of dilapidated state…

The land Destiny chose
For celestial birth of goddess Sita -
The churning ground of boundless power
Lies in ruins powerless, impoverished, starved, famished…

Prosperity lingers
Adversity has its prosperous rise
Vultures of casteism are looming large and larger
Eating into the vibrant culture and amicable ambiance of Mithila!
