Test Bed of Love

Each of the day of one’s life
Love happens in their hearts
Sometimes she stays in glee
Other times he sadly departs.

Promises once made by them
Collapse over some ego clash
Trust between lives no longer
A hyphened heart has a slash.

Only in the twinkling of an eye
He goes east and she to west
Never the twain strive to meet
Both do fail in Love’s final test.

Union of two hearts and mind
Needs mutual sacrifices in life
Heart be honest in a true mind
Must have a hubby and a wife.
