Someone help me release this pain
that everything I have to gain
having to bare more and more
every day my heart grows sore
trying to forget
trying to quit
but I have to stay strong
even when things go terribly wrong
I can't let him put me down
can't let him see me frown
crying every time I see his face
wishing the memories would just erase
the scars remain on my wrist
thinking I won't even be missed
when it happened I ran and hid
thinking it was something I did
even though I told him NO
he grabbed me and didn't let go
telling him to stop as I cry
wishing I would just die
