The Poem

  In high definition
you were extolling the
unspoken words.
I was trying to grab that
something, so nice,
like a poem.

My mate!
Let us talk about the
rhythm of wilderness in private.
It has been ages
since we slept together,
like a poem.

Where there was a
waterfall, you were crying,
as a fallen dew. I
wanted to hold you on
the leaf of grass,
like a poem.
