I met you, at that perfect time of life,
Just as a season, passing on from cold,
Thaws and blossoms forth into a spring!
As cross roads and currents collide
On a muddy path or on an ocean's bosom,
"You" met me, at those, cross- currents of life!
Just as a youth, enters his adulthood,
Tip-toeing comes promises of a new life,
"You" came! As the night recedes,
And a new dawn emerges, breaking into a day
and when the evening shadows linger
on the painted horizon, for just a little while!
As the Jasmine bud opens up with longing
And the silent night, watches it in awe,
As the cool breeze of the night awaits.
The first fragrance, mingles into the night!
A bud becomes a flower and life unfolds.
Who sings a song of joy on that bough above!
"You" and all the things, that surrounds me,
Nature and God, in His splendor
all are enmeshed into a web of gossamer,
an interlinking design, woven in soft silk!
That invisible link, linking us all alike,
Is - and always will be, LOVE, that unites!
