A Modified Demagogue?

Roaring in safe mode
at the faces
of poor commoners -
weak and innocent,
gifted with a gab
a political demagogue
noses with nays,
nullifying the 'nasty' rule
by a turbaned mute
by shrewdly selling
dreams and hopes
to the mobilized masses
as a part of politics;
a political maneuvering
modifying
yet another callous hold
on citizenry's right
once again,
grinding his own axe
terribly terrifying,
alluring destitute voters
to vote him and the party
for his coronation
on the cozy throne of Delhi
to rule the roost in the country?
