Thank you, Seshu. In 1958 National Games in Cuttack where legendary Milkha Singh won 100m and 200m races with nationa records, these were not allowed for there was some wind. However, a few enthusiastic women raised their 'pallu' in the air to say, Where is the wind? Our pallu stands still.' I do remember this comment. I played for Orissa junior team in volleyball then.
