I felt I'd never seen the sky so blue,
Dressed in a smooth and spotless gown.
Out of the blue, Black clouds flew,
And succeeded in drenching me down.

I woke up to yet another magical morn,
The Sun gleaming with its glorious rays.
Opened the windows with a lazy yawn,
The Fiery blaze just burnt my face.

There it lay, untouched, on a lonely avenue,
A flower, on which, no song had been sung.
Bent to scoop the darling with the dew,
All my hands had, was the stinking dung.

It was another nice evening walk,
When the lusty lake licked my eye.
Plunged into it, only to get a shock,
My blood spurted on the land so dry.

Those things were more than an illusion,
Cos I had missed hitting every little dart.
Dawned, the ridiculous but realistic realization,
Silly me, 'I was trying to understand a girl's heart!'

Miss understood, ' JD
