Love is in the Air

The season has awakened
in all its glory
with the bounce of spring
and the dormant life
has started to chirp...

The new leaves have
started to sprout
and the flower buds
gaze at me
with the promise of a
fragrance
that will rejuvenate and
vitalize
my very being

Impatient though I may be
I have to have the fortitude
To cherish and rejoice
Every single of her bloom
For nothing in life is a
waste

Is she ever in haste?
She teases
She celebrates
Without beginning
To the endless end
Inspiring with passion
She indeed is my friend.
