Your gaze once a trance 
love a naked divinity
your enraptured face
chat and embrace
all a sweet memory

Love is lost and forgotten
in the abyss of melancholy
wandering my bruised soul

Come, through the veils of night
my love, sing to my soul
a song of love and comfort
