Furious rivers spate
Put in danger
Powerless earth

Creatures cannot resist
Annoyances of fate
Districts are out of gear
Who dare the surges of rage?

Following heavy rains, flood races!
East and West, globe encompass
Blows propel misfortune disastrous
Filled with tears, are courageous faces.
