An Artist's Delight

The songs of the birds awaken me;
The sky is blue and bright.
Brown squirrels savour its flavours fruity,
An artist's natural delight.

The sunlight and its land of beauty,
Refresh me with their morning light.
Nature shows me what my eyes already see,
An artist's wonderful delight.
