Having trouble believing this will just go away
Feelings are hidden with broken smiles and laughter
Everything is pitch black
As they are inside
This place is not a happy place
It's dark and cold.

It has people walking with broken dreams,
Hearts,
Lives.
They walk and walk
Just waiting to die
They don't have much to do
Because they are broken inside.

Laughter comes out only once in a while
When they know it's their time
They don't believe in a heaven
Nor a hell
They believe life is worthless
And death is their true paradise.

Little kids don't play
Don't run
Just walk
Or sit and wait
(Tick, Tick, Tick,)
Is all you hear
Until a laugh creeps out
They know someone is leaving
They walk up to the laughing person
And they smile...
Knowing they are going to paradise.

That's what days and nights are like in this place
There are no happy thoughts here
Only broken hearts
There are some who never eat
Just waiting until they die
Some who never stop eating
Waiting for fat to kill them
Some hurt themselves
Just to feel pain
Before they leave
But this place
This place is not a lovely place
It's a place where hopeless people go
Trying to find their paradise
Just to finally be happy.
